Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser ces baies pour cuisiner une recette savoureuse et saine. Comment\u00a0? Si vous vous baladez dans les dunes (\u00e0 Knokke-Heist, Blankenberge et La Panne, par exemple), vous y trouverez s\u00fbrement ces baies au go\u00fbt aigre de couleur orange. Vous pouvez tr\u00e8s bien les cueillir vous-m\u00eame et les congeler pour les utiliser quand vous en avez besoin. Elles sont m\u00fbres pendant la p\u00e9riode estivale, qui est le bon moment pour les cueillir. La baie d\u2019argousier a un go\u00fbt assez aigre, semblable \u00e0 celui d\u2019un citron. Elle constitue donc une bonne alternative au citron ou au vinaigre dans un plat.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ce d\u00e9licieux plat p\u00e9ruvien avec du ceviche au thon. Le thon est cru et l\u2019acidification de la baie d\u2019argousier, qui d\u00e9compose les prot\u00e9ines, cuit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le poisson.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #458a2d;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150\u00a0g de thon<\/li>\n<li>3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e de baie d\u2019argousier<\/li>\n<li>Une demi-botte de coriandre<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0poivron \u00ab\u00a0Madame Jeanette\u00a0\u00bb ou 1\u00a0poivron rouge (utilisez-en autant que possible \ud83d\ude42)<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0avocat<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0oignon<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0patate douce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #458a2d;\"><strong>Faites votre propre pur\u00e9e de baies d&rsquo;argouiser<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez acheter du jus de baie d\u2019argousier pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, mais vous pouvez aussi le faire vous-m\u00eame assez facilement\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mettez 300\u00a0g d\u2019argousier et 3\u00a0dl d\u2019eau dans un mixeur. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Versez le contenu du mixeur dans un tamis et votre pur\u00e9e de baies d\u2019argousier est pr\u00eate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #458a2d;\"><strong>Recette de ceviche de thon \u00e0 la pur\u00e9e de baie d&rsquo;argousier<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 190\u00a0degr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Lavez la patate douce, piquez-la avec une fourchette, arrosez-la d\u2019huile de tournesol et enveloppez-la dans du papier d\u2019aluminium.<\/li>\n<li>Faites cuire la patate douce au four \u00e0 140\u00a0degr\u00e9s, et ce, pendant au moins 30\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez la pur\u00e9e d\u2019argousier, Madame Jeanette (ajustez la quantit\u00e9 de poivre, ce que vous aimez dans le piquant) et la coriandre dans un mixeur et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez l\u2019avocat en cubes, l\u2019oignon rouge en rondelles et le thon en fines tranches.<\/li>\n<li>Faites de la pur\u00e9e avec la patate douce.<\/li>\n<li>Disposez le thon en tranches de carpaccio sur une assiette (ronde).<\/li>\n<li>Mettez la pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre dans une poche \u00e0 douille.
