Als vrouw ontkom je er niet aan. Je menstruatie die uitblijft is maar \u00e9\u00e9n van de vele veranderingen die je doormaakt. Gelukkig heeft 20% van alle vrouwen geen klachten. In deze blog praten we open en bloot over en wat je kan verwachten. We sommen 5 veranderingen op in de <a href=\"https:\/\/membrasin.be\/droge-slijmvliezen\/overgang\/\">menopauze<\/a>:<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Motivatie<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>We beginnen positief! Veel vrouwen ontwikkelen in deze periode een andere <em>mindset<\/em> en gaan zichzelf weer op nummer 1 zetten. De kinderen zijn vaak al iets ouder, hierdoor ga je meer nadenken over het leven. Wat wil je nu echt? Wat maakt jou gelukkig? Een mooie fase om na te denken over hoe jij je leven verder wil inrichten.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Droogte tij<span style=\"color: #008000;\">dens d<\/span>e menopauze<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In de menopauze kun je te maken krijgen met droge ogen, een droge mond, een droge huid en droge slijmvliezen. Ja ook <em>down under<\/em> kan het een stuk droger worden dan eerst. Dat kan effect hebben op de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.promensil.nl\/seks-en-de-overgang\/\">seksuele intimiteit<\/a> met je partner.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Pukkels<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Argh! Pukkels horen niet alleen bij de pubertijd, ook adult acn\u00e9 bestaat. Dat kan een gevolg zijn van de hormonen in je lichaam. Vooral het hormoon oestrogeen kan hiermee te maken hebben. Ook ongewenste haargroei kan, naast puistjes, opeens optreden.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Gewicht<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Wist je dat vrouwen gemiddeld 3 tot 5 kilo bijkomen tijdens de menopauze? Dat is niet pers\u00e9 negatief. Tengere vrouwen horen vaak in deze periode dat ze er aantrekkelijker uit zien. Wat extra vet in het gezicht zorgt ervoor dat je minder last hebt van \u2018ingevallen\u2019 wangen, waardoor je er jonger uitziet! Op deze leeftijd is volume in het gezicht juist iets moois! Kun je je die extra kilo\u2019s niet permitteren? Meer lichaamsbeweging en een gebalanceerd eetpatroon kunnen ervoor zorgen dat je minder bijkomt en dat je gewicht stabiel blijft.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Stemmingswisselingen in de menopauze<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Moodswings zijn een bekend verschijnsel in de menopauze en kunnen te maken hebben met hormoonschommelingen. Die schommelingen hebben invloed op je humeur. Emotionele buien, prikkelbaarheid en stemmingswisselingen. De daling van het hormoon oestrogeen is hier de oorzaak van.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Hot flushes<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Katy Perry zong er over: \u201c<em>Then you are hot, then you are cold<\/em>\u201d. Vooral in het begin kunnen deze opvliegers een echte sensatie zijn. Maar als je ze een paar keer hebt ervaren, dan wil je liever dat ze wegblijven. Vooral \u2019s nachts, in combinatie met zweten, zijn opvliegers geen pretje. Ook niet tijdens je werk. De ene vrouw heeft er meer last van dan de andere. Het goede nieuws?
